13. Eating a cricket. . . ok, maybe I didn’t love it but it wasn’t bad. . . nice crunch, bad aftertaste!
12. Pakapao – a Thai pork rice dish with a good spicy kick and a fried egg on top.
11. Fresh, delicious fruit smoothies for less than $1. . . watermelon is soooooo good!
10. Rotee – traditional Thai dessert that is the bomb. . . like a crepe drizzled with sweetened condensed milk and sprinkled with sugar. . . mmmm mmm mm (You can even get it with bananas!)
(Apparently so far I am just way too enthralled by Thai food but just wait it gets better!) 9. The fact that the Thai people mostly eat with a spoon in the right hand and a fork in the left to assist in pushing food in the spoon. . . I have always loved eating with a spoon. It is my go-to utensil!
8. Being surrounded by lush green mountains! Nature lifts my spirit.
