I totally forgot to blog on our day in London. That day went so fast, all we really have are some pictures to show for that day.
It really was a blast, hopping off the underground, while “minding the gap,” Scott, Jake, Lynette, and I (or, as we called ourselves, the OF’s… short for Old Foggies) found ourselves in the middle of Picadilly square.

We hopped on a double-decker bus tour of the city, as we figured we wouldn’t have much time for too much more than just and overview of London. But we stopped to get some coffee first, or else we’d be sleeping through the tour.

We saw many of the main attractions of London Trafalgar square, Westminster Abbey, Parliament, the Tower Bridge, and Tower of London, to name a few. Mostly, we just had enough to take pictures and move on.

We also saw a few attractions that aren’t necessarily on the map…

All in all it was a great time. A nice little diversion from the third world, if only for an afternoon. I can’t really say I miss first world prices though.
