First off, how did you get your name?
Our team name came from a team formation activity where we came together as a community, building a throne to offer up the important things in our lives to God. Through this experience we quickly bonded as a group through shared vulnerability and openness! Through this experience I believe that we all had no doubt that this was our team and we are all so excited to have the opportunity to serve with them! So without further to do, here is team Throne Unveiled
- Sharion Scott comes from Louisiana. I don’t think I really got to know Sharion until we were put on a team together but I am so glad I did! She is an amazingly wise woman who brings a sense of calm and peace amongst our team. She is a strong and Christ following woman who lights up a room wherever she goes and just helps everyone to feel peaceful and loved! She carries a lot of wisdom which our team is going to benefit greatly from! Also with her new found love of Harry Potter, I know we will be fast and good friends!
- Emily Miller is one of the first people I got to share part of my testimony with at training camp. On the first night, she came up to me and said, “Linley, I want to get to know you better” and that was that. Emily has such a kind heart and cares about people very deeply. She wants to get to know everyone, hear their stories and help them with their pain! I have been struck by her strong desire to create community amongst our team and squad and how she brings people together and makes them feel loved! She has such a passion for God and desire to explore his gifts and blessings. She is going to be such a blessing to have on my team.
- Rebekah Burney and I didn’t really get to know each other until “that night” that we spent on the bus. We were both in the precarious situation of having to sleep underneath the bus seats and really bonded over the lack of sleep and uncomfortable situation! Rebekah has a joy that draws people to her. She loves to care for people and has such a passion for missions! She takes challenges head on and loves to just hang out and have a good laugh. I am so excited to see her come alive on the mission field, working with the least of these.
- Will Boggs is our fearless team leader. Hailing from North Carolina, Will is a goofy and relaxed man of God who has a passion to honor God in all he does and is continually striving for a closer relationship. He is also quite silly, loving to mess around and just enjoying each other’s company. Will has a natural leadership qualities which are shown in everything he does and he also cares about each of us deeply. Finally, He loves to eat all types of food, especially smarties!
- Finally is Kyle Hyche from Alabama! Kyle has an amazing gift of discernment and can speak amazing truths into your lives, knowing exactly what we need to hear. When I first met him I was struck by his honesty and openness. I could tell he really just loves and cares about people! On the lighter side, his favorite food is meat and he makes sure to never mix his clothing brands! Roll Tide

I am soooo excited to be apart of this team and the Lord is going to do amazing things in and through us!
