This blog accidentally slipped under my radar, but after month 3, we experienced our first set of team changes! Team Anastasis is no more, and now I am a part of an entirely new team. So ladies and gentlemen, I present to you my new team: Team Changes!

Katelyn is my new amazing team leader! She is lovingly referred to on our team as “mom” because of how well she takes care of us! She is kind hearted and a little bit sassy. She is a true woman of God and I am so honored to be on her team!

Words cannot even describe Marie. She is a power house who stands up for any injustice she sees. She is an amazing worship leader and is so intelligent! I have never met someone with such a real relationship with the Holy Spirit. When I found out we were on the same team, I was so excited! I know I have so much to learn from her!

Look at Kristen’s photo! Doesn’t she look like a supermodel? Great news: she has an equally beautiful heart! I mean, her heart for others is HUGE! Just seeing how she has interacted with the children this month has been a blessing! She also has the ability to call out the best in others and she is so focused on God.

Sierra is so wonderful. She is super sassy and sarcastic and I absolutely love it! She brings a ton of attitude to the team (in a great way) and always makes things interesting! She is also our treasurer and I have never felt so taken care of in my life. It is like she can read my mind!

I absolutely love being on Kaylee’s team! She pushes me to be better and is my work out buddy! I know I can be honest with her about anything and she will respond with love. She is also great at providing constructive feedback to help us grow to be more Christ-like in nature.
Overall, my team is AWESOME! So don’t be deceived…we aren’t called Team Changes because we are counting down the days until our next team change. We are called Team Changes because of two reasons. First, we are a little bit sassy and sarcastic and not too creative. More importantly, though, we are all in the middle of big life changes and want to grow and change the world on this trip!
So feel free to pray for us and support us and follow us on this crazy journey God has placed us on! I can guarantee God has big things in store for us.
