Who is Lindsey VanSparrentak?
As I sit at my laptop trying to figure out the answer to this question, I can’t decide why this is suddenly such a difficult question to answer. It could be the pressure of writing my first ever blog post, the awkwardness that I experience when trying to talk about myself, or the fact that I swear my interests change every month. To make this situation better, I’ll stick to what I consider to be “The Universal Truths of Lindsey VanSparrentak.”
- I was born in Fort Worth, Texas, lived in Winchester, Virginia, and my family currently resides in Amherst, Ohio.
- I will graduate in May 2013 from Ashland University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in both Hospitality Management and Marketing.
- I am so undoubtedly, whole-heartedly in love with God. There is nothing better than getting the opportunity to talk about Him or work in His name. He is the first priority in my life and impacts every decision I make.
- I am unbelievably optimistic about everything. I believe life to too short to not see the good in everything. To quote Buddy the Elf, “I just like to smile. Smiling’s my favorite.” (But really. That’s not a joke.)
- I just love life! Everything about it! Even the parts that aren’t so loveable. Other things I love: reading (especially the Bible), running, game shows, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, talking with people, math and science, and exclamation points!
