I'm beyond thrilled to report to all of you that I'm fully funded! Words can't describe how grateful I am. Thank you all so much for partnering with me and supporting me in sharing God's love with the world this year.
It has been a crazy journey of loving and being loved, serving and allowing others to serve me, learning that God is my everything, and watching myself grow into an even more amazing version of myself. It has strengthened my faith so much watching God provide for me. I always knew He COULD provide, but at times it was hard to believe that He would. But He did, and he did it through all of you. So thank you! Thank you for believing in me when I didn't even believe in myself.
Thank you for giving of yourselves so that I could go and be the hands of Christ around the world. By extension, you are the hands of Christ around the world. And let me tell you, you are making a difference. I may not be feeding rice to bulging bellies or building homes for handicapped children like I had expected, but God has used me (and you!) to further his kingdom.
Simply by being ourselves, my team and I have built relationships with some amazingly broken and beautiful people who are now more curious about God than ever before. People want to know why we are so joyful. People are drawn to us not because of what we have done but because the Spirit lives inside of us.
So if you are wondering if your support has made a difference, please know that is has. Not only in the lives of the people we have met this year, but in my own life as well.
