I can't believe we are in month SIX! It blows my mind how fast this journey is flying by.
I know how much folks from back home love to hear about our living conditions in each new country, so for the duration of the race I will try to do a "how I'm living" blog each month.
My team and I have safely arrived in Albania, our first country in Eastern Europe. And yet again, we are being extremely blessed!
We live in a spacious apartment above the church where we will be working this month doing student ministry(!), sports ministry, prison ministry, and worship arts! Words cannot describe how excited we are for our ministry this month.
We are beyond thrilled about our contact: a pastor named Ermal, his wife Tila, and their two beautiful sons, Immanuel and Aaron. They are so incredibly sweet and I already know it will be a difficult goodbye at the end of the month.
We sleep in BEDS! For the first time since Thailand we have actual beds to sleep on. The boys sleep in one room and the girls sleep in another. And we get to keep warm with the tons of blankets they have blessed us with.

We have a full kitchen! Plus a huge game room where we can have game nights with the students on Fridays.

This is our bathroom (one of three actually!) where we can take hot showers. They have sulfur water, but we are getting used to it.

And every evening we join Ermal and his family around their wood stove to keep warm and have good conversation.
God is seriously so good to us!
Oh, and this is our lovely view. 🙂

That is how I'm living this month in Albania. Please keep our team and this country in your prayers.
I'm still in need of $3760 to stay on the field. The deadline is quickly approaching and I need your help. Please consider partnering with me in bringing light and hope to people around the world.
