I decided I have to get over my hate/fear for blogging and start one because so many people have had a million questions about me and my trip! So here it goes, bare with me on the spelling and bad grammar! (if you know me, none of this will surprise you :/ )
Well here I go… I leave January 2011 for the World Race and lets just say I am in no way prepared for the trip in anyway :/ …. For those of you who don’t know what the World Race is…. it’s an 11 month trip to 11 different countries all for “the one and only”!! I will be traveling to India, Nepal, Indonesia, Malaysia, Austraila, South Africa, Mozambique, Swaziland, Romania, Ukraine, and Ireland!!! (i’m most excited about Malaysia because I heard so much about it on Zoolander..ha.) Anyways…. I have this huge idea in my head that God is going to take me on this journey and get me out of good ole Montgomery, AL and make a change in my life and those I come into contact with! I will be living out of my backpack and doing whatever comes my way all in the hope that someones life will be changed, along with mine…. Most people want to know what I will actually be doing on the trip but honestly I have no direct answer. I know adventures in missions partners with many missions already set up in all of these countries and we will just go in and work and help where ever is needed! I do know that their main focus’ are on orphanages and human trafficking, so we will be doing alot of work along those lines!!

I also need a few things like shots and gear for my trip so if anyone would like to donate towards that it would be awesome too!!…I know it sounds like I need alot, but I was talking to my friend Rachel tonight at church and she said “God owns a million hilltops with a million cows and He will sell one of them if I need anything” haha or something close to that… so I know God will move in marvelous ways and help out wherever He can.. who knows? Maybe through YOU!?
Anyway.. I hope to post more as I go to training camp and keep everyone following this blog… very updated~! LINDSEY
