As I wrap up my season of CGA, I can’t yet say with 100% certainty what the next season holds. I know that I will be staying in Georgia working with Adventures in Missions, but the details have yet to be finalized.
However, I am so excited to announce what I will be doing for two weeks in January… I am headed back to India!
I will be in India from approximately January 9th-25th to serve with Sarah’s Covenant Home. I am so thankful that God has given me this opportunity.
Two weeks probably seems like a short time, but I am excited to see what God will do in it.
Here are a few of the things I am hoping to do while I am there:
– —>Help Megan (Jodi’s soon to be foster mom) adjust to life in India as a foster mom. This will include helping her set up the apartment and set a schedule for the kids. And of course, spend time with Jodi!
– —> Help Nikki and Tori (two foster moms) make the move from to Hyderabad. They are moving to the big city so that one of their kids, Nolan, can get cochlear implants that so that he can hear. They will be moving to the top floor of a house that is currently being set up to house 25 children who are in critical need for medical attention and care.
– —>Spend time with Sarah (the founder of Sarah’s Covenant Home) and her husband James, discussing how I can better advocate on their behalf stateside.
– —> Assist Sarah with any special projects
