I’m back and better than ever!
Yes, I’ve been home for 7 weeks and I’ve pretty much done my best to live in the moment and ignore the fact that I’m off to India in a few days.
Those who don’t know, I’m leading a Real Life trip for Adventures in Missions and will be leading a small group of women to India for 4 months. It is going to be AMAZING!!! I’ve had a heart for India and I have no idea why… so I guess this gives me a great opportunity for the Lord to reveal that to me.
In the past 7 weeks since I’ve been home….
I’ve struggled.
I’ve struggled to love my family well. I’ve struggled to understand my place, to hear from the Lord, when to speak, when to be silent, and when to rest….
The reality was…
It was a quick trip home and there wasn’t possibly the time spend with everyone I wanted to and share as much as I wanted to…

The
things I hoped would change have not and the things you didn’t necessarily
want to change, did.
The reality was…
Some
people are not interested in what the Lord has been doing in my life and all
over the world, in the last year, and some people want to hear every detail.
The reality is….
Change takes TIME. Lots of time.
I know the World Race was only a snippet of my life and a snippet of the process of transformation.
Change, in life, takes time.
The reality is…
The Lord is blessing me with another opportunity…
to love
to pray
to submit
to lead others into additional freedom
to grow in leadership
to see the world the way He sees it
to step out of my comfort zone
to share God’s Word
and to share His love with a nation that has very little knowledge of His grace, mercy, and love.
I am seriously one BLESSED girl!!
