Hi Everyone!
I am so excited to begin this World Race journey, I can't even imagine how much change will happen in my life in the upcoming months as I prepare for and go on the World Race, but for now here are a few things "about me".
I have five siblings, two biological(Lauren and Leeann), one adopted(Daniel), and two step(Sarah and Morgan)…its a crazy family but somehow it works. My parents are incredible, my stepdad Steve is everything I could have ever asked for in a father and more and my mom, Angie, is such an amazing example of strength and consistency in my life.
I became interested in foreign missions when my biological parents adopted my little brother Daniel, who is brilliant, curious, hilarious, and the most loving person ever, about ten years ago, he has my heart.
I am a senior at LSU this year, majoring in Political Science. I went to Tulane University for my first two years of college and learned more there about myself and my place in His Kingdom than any time in my life. I am the college intern at my home church, Zoar Baptist, and have been humbled, challenged, loved, and supported in so many ways by this adopted family of mine.
I knew the World Race was for me from the moment I heard about it: a chance to bring Christ to the nations, see the world, build incredible relationships, and learn more about the God I love, what could be better?
