Who doesn’t love a good scavenger hunt?

Well, I enjoy a good scavenger hunt. It all started at 9:25 when the last of my team made it through security for a 9:50 flight. Upon getting through security we are alerted that our flight has been delayed for at least two hours. This is good news considering we were all given a meal voucher which I didn’t think I would be able to redeem. Haha, the favor of the Lord is on our side. Then after about 15 minutes we are informed that our flight has been moved to gate 1, isn’t delayed and we have 10 minutes to make it there. What? Okay, load up your stuff and move. After about 10-15 minutes at gate 1 they inform us that gate six is where we will be catching our plane at. Once again 50 of us load up are stuff and head to gate 6. Once we arrive at gate 6 the sign is flashing that we are to move to gate 44. What? Oh man. I was getting a good laugh out of this, but I am not sure everyone else was. We reach the hall for gate 44 go down an escalator and have to take a subway in order to get there. Finally, we are at gate 44. Rumor has it that the plane will be landing in 10 minutes. Our flight that was going through Bangkok has be rerouted through Utapao, which is the military base in Thailand. We will not be exiting the plane, but staying on before we head to Nairobi, Kenya. Keep us in your prayers. Just consider that the next three months we will be out of communication again since we are in Africa. We cannot make any guarantees on whether or not we will have access to power, let alone internet.
