Our first adventure as Team Karis was to get some food, come up with a team name, and complete our first “making a memory” as a team. After talking to our waitress and via Brandon’s suggestion we opted for a Wal-Mart adventure, but not just any Wal-Mart adventure. Our goal was for each one of us to find “wheels” we had to get on the wheels and ride them around the store. We had 30 minutes. If you had not been kicked out of Wally World in that half hour you won, but you had to be on wheels. There was a rather limited supply of wheels. At one point I tried to remove a HUGE tire from the rack so I could get inside of it and be pushed around. However, that sucker wasn’t budging.
We walked through the tire section and the boys made a comment in regard to some faux chrome rims that we came across. John, from team Judah (Holla!), had loaned us his car for our evening, and we were extremely greatful. We came to the conclusion that we would pimp John’s ride as a team to show our appreciation. After some time of picking out John’s new decor we headed out to the car. Let me just tell you, we had a blast! Enjoy the pictures and the video 😉
