I surrender to your will. I said that I gave you permission
to do to me as you will. I know that your will is perfect and agreeable.
Nothing is better.
The hardships that
came from that path are taken with grace knowing that you are there. You walk
beside me every inch of the way, in fact you carry me when my own strength
falters. You are welcome into my life.
Flow God, flow. Don’t hold back, you know me better than
anything else give me as much of you as I can handle.
Allow me to walk out the revelations you impart in me. I
want to live you out. Not just be words with empty weight. I want to give all
of myself to you, Lord.
I want to know you, I want to understand you as Father, Son,
and Spirit. I want to understand you, to see your face. I surrender to you. The
control is yours.
Help me see my teammates the way you see them. Can I have
your eyes, Lord? To see saints among the process? To foster an environment of
safety, a place where mistakes are okay. Help me to live a life of forgiveness
and not of righteous indignation or of “fairness/justice.” Unlock love for each
new member of my intimate family. Release joy, happiness, and hope for what is
next in me. A healthy anticipation, for the coming months.
Wake me up God. Excite me! Light me up. I think I’m ready!

tea in the hotel restaurant.*
