So Moses thought, “I will go over and see this strange sight-why the bush does not burn up.” When the LORD saw that he had gone over to look, God called to him from within the bush,
“Moses! Moses!” And Moses said,
“Here I am.”
Exodus 3:3-4
Wow “Here I am” Think about it, we were just minding our own business going about our daily routines when just like Moses, God called our name and we answered with “Here I am”
“I am yours God and I’m ready to listen, I’m ready to travel the world”
So, a few days ago my sisters and I agreed on watching “The Prince of Egypt” lol yes, if any of you are familiar with this mo
vie, it is a cartoon but it does an exceptionally good job at telling the story Moses. Anyways, while thinking of my “Expectations for my trip” i thought about a part in the movie when Moses was called by God in the shape of a burning bush to go and Help the Israelites out of Egypt. I began thinking about all of the emotions that Moses seemed to express while listening to God and recalled that a few times he had the look of fear in his eyes. Moses was probably thinking about all of the things that could go wrong during an expedition like this one, but even so he knew that God had chose him and those fears meant nothing.
