If you read my blog while I was on the World Race, you were able to get a glimpse into the moments that significantly impacted my life.
For example, the time I got baptized in Swaziland:
Or the time I experienced Tacloban and its beautiful people after a typhoon destroyed their city:
Or the time I taught the cutest kids in Cambodia English for a month:
These experiences were nothing short of incredible. I was able to experience God in a completely new way and I am so thankful for them.
And that is one reason I want to be a mobilizer for the World Race. I want other young adults to have similar experiences. I want to celebrate with them, love them, and encourage them along the way.
But there are other things I want them to experience even more that the “mountain tops”
I want them to know what it is like to live within a community of believers who is constantly pushing each other to be more like Christ. I want them to know the freedom of being completely themselves and being loved even more because of it. I want them to laugh until they cry with people that God has formed into their best friends.
I want them to experience falling in love with people they have just met.

And I want them to hold as many kids as possible! To whisper in their ears that they are loved and valued.
There isn’t anything magical about the World Race, but there were many times that we were able to experience the awe and wonder of God because of the position we were in.
I want to put others in the same position. Actually, I want to lovingly shove them into it.
I don’t know why God chose this for me. I feel unworthy of shepherding the next generation of World Racers. But this is where God is leading and I am incredibly humbled because of it.
I am still in need of financial support as I make my transition to Gainesville. My position requires that I fundraise $500 a month. I would love if you would prayerfully consider partnering with me.
