About me? Well…

I take things very literally. Take for example this morning. I said to myself, “Leah, calm down. Don’t jump the gun.” I replied to myself, “Well, I don’t have a gun. Me, with a gun?”

Other than talking to myself, I’m not very interesting. (Maybe I should have let you read the entire blog before I told you that.)

And I don’t like describing myself (just in case I’m wrong, you know, or something changes). So…

People usually describe me as smart, funny and awkward. I think the smart makes me awkward which then makes me funny. So in the end, I think I’m just awkward.

More on that- I’m a weird mix of adventurous and terrified. (Awkward combination, I know.).

I’m mostly introverted. I love puppy dogs, books, organic things and coffee. But, I drink tea. (I don’t love tea.) Did you see that? I think something awkward just ran by!

I’m from north central West Virginia, and I consider myself a northerner. I know there are many stereotypes about West Virginia, but only one holds true for me. I don’t want to be trapped and constricted; I want to be free. (So therefore, I don’t like shoes.)

Anyway, Jesus and I have known each other just about all my life, but we decided to be friends around 10 years ago. We’ve had ups and downs, break ups and reconciliations. I’m excited to say that things are getting more serious!

In October 2013, Jesus hinted at me to start getting ready for something in 2014. Once I decided to take him seriously, I started researching grad schools.

Needless to say, I am not going to grad school.
