Well its Thursday, my fifth day at training camp and I have
had an awesome time so far!! The “P” squad or July squad is an incredible squad
to be a part of and I have already learned so much from my new family and the
staff here in Georgia! I haven’t posted anything really on my blog so far- and
right now I am really regretting that. I should have been sharing my heart with
you all long before this but I honestly felt at a loss for words before I came
to camp. So for that friends and family, I am sorry. I just want to say a huge Thank You again to all my
supporters…you are truly supporting a journey that is sure to advance the
Kingdom!!! Get excited for the work the Lord is doing and has yet to do!!
Training camp has been an awesome depiction of what our lives
will be like while on the race. The staff has totally set it up so that we have
very realistic experiences while we are here that we can relate to when we go
on the race. Everything from the food, teaching, worship, friendships,
challenges, and team building exercises have left me with a feeling of “WOW, what an incredible experience
this is going to be!” The food has been crazy; everyday we are here is
designated to a country So we eat the type of food that day that we might eat
in countries such as Asia, Europe, and Africa (to name a few). These have all
been experiences for sure. The teaching and worship have been phenomenal and I
really feel like the Lord has prepared my heart to hear everything that has
been said. We find out our teams either today or tomorrow so we are all eagerly
anticipating how God is going to work all of that out. I will update soon with
a more in depth blog about what I learned at camp. Thank you for your continued prayers and support!
