…to my most recent anonymous donor!
I checked my balance again a couple days ago even though I figured it would be the same as it has been since the initial deadline when God provided the $3k I needed in just 2 days!
I guess the reason I thought that the balance would be the same is because I haven’t really done much as far as fundraising goes. I have had so many other things on my plate since coming back from training camp that I haven’t really given any time to the fundraising area.
But to my surprise… my balance had gone up 3%! I am now 26% fully funded! A quarter of the way there! Woooo!

Now this isn’t to say that we can just sit back and expect God to provide everything without lifting a finger. Not at all. But it did show me once again that I am not alone in this.
From online donors to anonymous donors to friends randomly handing me money to people helping me in other ways… God is using others in my life to help and bless me along the way. He is still looking out for me and showing His goodness and faithfulness even when I am being pulled in a million different directions all at once and unable to commit the time I would like in each area.
To be honest, I have had a little trouble with anonymous donations, especially the larger ones I have gotten. Everything in me wants a name and a face to be able to personally thank for their sacrifice and contribution to my mission trip. But I am learning that it is okay for me to not have all the answers. He has been showing me that I just need to be humbly grateful for it, for His work in our lives and for His blessings.
So thank you. To every person who has given or will give. Anonymous or not. Thank you. From the bottom of my heart.
