I cannot believe that this time tomorrow I will be on a plane going home to America. To celebrate this amazing year, here are my favorite pictures from each month!

Month 1 – Dominican Republic

Our living condition left us without water, a place to change our clothes, privacy, or lights in the kitchen. Each dinner was cooked by headlamp.

Month 2 – Haiti

Haiti was a rough month due to all of the spiritual warfare, but that didn't stop the children from being amazing, the view from being beautiful, or the Jesus to moving.

Month 3 – Thailand

Thailand brought a variety of ministries, from working in the slums to bar ministry. One of my favorite moments from the race was going to the Thai Lantern Festival in Chiang Mai.

Month 4 – Malaysia

This month brought the team I am now ending the race with. I had no idea how these women would impact my life. One of my favorite ministries this month was putting on a Christmas dinner at Kawan, a homeless shelter in Penang.

Month 5 – Cambodia

Cambodia is seriously one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. We got to live in a tree house this month so that was amazing. We also got to visit Angkor Wat, an ancient temple in Siem Riep.

Month 6 – Tanzania

Tanzania was one of the hardest months on the race. But, despite it being rough, we got to play with some of the sweetest children I have ever met in my life.

Month 7 – Malawi

By far my favorite month on the race! We lived in a mud hut with no electricity.  I learned that less really is more.

Month 8 – Swaziland

This month I had malaria and was in bed for the majority of our time. I was so thankful to be in a peaceful place with one of the most amazing views I have seen in my life.

Month 9 – Romania

While Romania is my favorite place in the world, this month was really hard for me. I was so thankful though that I was able to go visit Forget-Me-Not Ministries, an organization I interned for 2 years ago and visit my Roma babies!

Month 10 – Moldova/ Transnistria

This was the month we lived in Narnia, also known as Transnistria, also known as the country that doesn't exist. We lived with the sweetest family ever and helped teach English, weed a cornfield, and show our family what it means to love like Jesus.

Month 11 – Northern Ireland

This month was beautiful! It was amazing to be able to spend our last month on the race living with our whole squad! I am so thankful for the crazy memories.
