Well…hello!!! It’s been awhile. Thanks for all the comments (luv hearing from ya’ll…makes writing worth while (def. inspires me to write). Sorry I haven’t blogged- really didn’t have that much to say at 1st and don’t like to talk just to talk or fill space (and lets be honest…I’m not really a blogger…guess I’ll learn to be;) BUT now it’s gotten to a point where there’s so much to say & tell that I don’t know where to start…so much bouncing around in my mind (little overwhelming)…so…just going to start. I’ll have to play a little catch up another time but for now…let me give you a quick overview of the past month & catch you up to date (will try to go back & add more details, pics., etc later 🙂
– 1st place we went was Matamata where all 110 World Racers + coaches, AIM staff, & squad leaders met for worship, fellowship, & training/preparation for the field)- our launch- Then everyone left & went to their 1st ministry sites- my team 12:18 & one other team JSL stayed behind a few extra days serving & trying to bless the people in Matamata
-our 1st ministry was in a small town called Feilding, New Zealand (basically tenting in a random field) -Soul Survivor youth conference- where we served w/ JSL as stewards/security & got the chance to pour into the youth
-then we went to our 2nd ministry contacts & met up with 3 other World Race Teams in Waikwnae working at El Rancho (see article below) serving, spreading the gospel, etc- New Wine Conference- worked w/ families, youth, & kids (I had a group of 5 yr. olds:) There is a link below to the article the local news wrote up a/b us! Just a lil’ update a/b some stuff that’s been going on…wanted to give a lil’ overview…read the article (expands more).
