Thank you Jeff Bray for sharing and for uploading the video despite the insane internet connection!  =)

What can I say, we all LOVED Chepen, Peru. From it's beautiful people to amazing food to a place filled with the need of prayer and a chance to truly learn the power of prayer, I can say that I hope to visit again one day. Team Collision found their hearts close to their host family and people of the church. God brought us together with the small town community. By the end of the month, we would run into people on the streets, in restaurants, and throughout the market that we knew. We had friends! I found myself feeling like I was back in home in Rabun County, Ga., a place where you can't go anywhere without seeing someone you know! (Never go into Walmart on a bad hair day, haha.) Sadly, we had to leave Peru to journey into our next month of the World Race, month three in Cochabamba, Bolivia. After 60hrs of bus rides, late night squad worship,  a stop in Lima, Peru, where we found gifts from God, Starbucks and Dunkin Doughnuts, and a much needed break at historic Lake Titycaca, we finally made it to our new home, but those secrets will be told in my next blog…so stay tuned! =) Oh, and guess what!? We have broke the $2,000 mark, yay! But, I still need $1,975, so PLEASE keep spreading the word so that I can stay on this race that God has called me to!  =) And, THANK YOU again for all your support and for reading along.

Goodbye photo with our sweet Peruvian family. Josue Ilias is the little boy and I promise he is the most adorable kid ever. We had dance parties and watched cartoons together! Marta is our Peruvian mom and she makes the best food ever! We gave them presents as we left, an Ipod for Pastor Juan, red roses for Marta, and toys for the kids. We love them so!

Lake Titycaca. It is beautiful. The children are beautful. God is beautiful. I absolutely loved engaging myself into the history and culture of the Quechua Indians and the Incan Civilization. Lake Titycaca is made up of 49 islans. It is the highest elevated lake of the entire world. All the islands are manmade of straw. The houses are made of straw. The boats are made of straw. They eat the straw. I'm telling you, everything= straw.

Watching a beautiful Peruvian sunset as we drive away. Goodbye Peru! You will forever be in my heart.
