Hello there!!! It’s that time again. The second month of ministry is almost up, and we will be heading to Malawi, Africa. Romania has been pretty cool. Most of our stay has been in Draganesti-Olt, but we have also had the opportunity to travel to a few different areas in Romania like Bucharest, Craiova, and Brasov. Some of the squad even had the opportunity to do a week of ministry in Greece!
This month has been ALL SQUAD MONTH which, for those that don’t know, means I’ve been living with 54 other people in one house! IT’S BEEN AWESOME!!! to say the least. I love the loudness, the diversity, the laughs, the family dinners, and knowing their is someone always up to hangout with.. I could go on. These people are so cool, and have had a huge impact on me. They have been loving, hilarious, and gracious. I am so thankful for each new family member in Christ the LORD has blessed me with. I love each of them so much!!!
While most of the squad was serving in Greece for the first week, nine of us women had the opportunity to do some evangelism in Craiova. We had the chance to share the love of Jesus with people in the local park building relationships.
For the past 2 weeks my team has been serving Hope Church Romania in the administration area helping maintain the church’s website, update the different ministries’ Facebook pages, and send out emails to potential partners. They are run many different ministries that reach out to the community like making meals for the sick or elderly, kids Bible clubs and after school programs, skills training and so much more.
