During debrief in Malaysia we had some time to just be quiet and sit in the presence of the Lord. As I was praying, I felt the need to start writing. As I did, He gave me some really encouraging words about His love that I needed to hear. Every time I’ve read them since, I’ve heard God telling me I’m not the only one who needs to hear them. So I’m going to share them with you. My prayer is this, that as you read them, you know in the depths of your heart that it’s meant for you. I pray that the truth of these words really sinks in and that you feel God’s love for you pouring over you. I pray that you know how precious you are to the King and you recognize that you are worth so much to Him.
You are loved with an unfailing love
You are loved with an unconditional love
A love the intimately knows your innermost being
A love that intimately knows your heart
A love that has seen and knows all the bad, all the hard to love parts and STILL intimately loves you
It’s a love that is deeper than any ocean
A love that is higher than any mountain
A love that is bigger and greater and more glorious than the entire universe
God looks at His creation and He sees YOU
And He loves you
