Today being March 12 we went to the farm that the Outreach Center runs. It was gorgeous and peaceful. You had kangaroos hopping around, pigs being noisy, cows wondering around, and a horse being very friendly. It felt like a farm you would see in America, other than the kangaroos. It actually felt like home and even smelled like a farm can. It also had tools and other junk lying around just like the farm I grew up on. This month we could be spending several days on the countryside working on the farm.

Something’s we were ask to do is to feed the pigs, go through food that was old and get the rubber bands off of it, dump out old bread, and so much more. This ministry gets a lot of donation from business that have too much bread, rotten vegetables, and all sorts of other things. So they use it to feed the animals.

It was a great day and the farm girl definitely came out. Here are some pictures from the day.
