Sorry I am just now writing. So I arrive in Phuket, Thailand on Monday were we have been training as a squad. Travel to Phuket equals:

– 5 hour flight to LAX

– night in a hotel

– 6 hours in LAX

-16 hour flight to Hong Kong

– 2 hour layover

-3 hour flight to Bangkok, Thailand

– 3 hour ride on an open-air truck

– hung out at bus stop because we missed first bus due to protests

– 11 hour bus ride….we have arrived in Phuket, Thailand

The weather in Thailand is basically like a summer in South Carolina, so that means it is hot and humid.  It is now Thursday morning, around 9:30. I am a day ahead of everyone at home. Today my team and I leave to head to Chaing Mai, Thailand where we will be doing this month’s ministry.

I am very excited about this month’s ministry, we will be working with Ray and Candice Ward. They are serving the Burmese refugees in camps in Northern Thailand. They actively building children’s homes and coming along side Thai pastors and helping them reach the villages of Northern Thailand.

We have a 24 hour bus ride ahead of us to get to this location, as soon as I have internet again I will send you another update.

Until I write again… Take care…
