Nano is my lovely (Central) American teammate. Born and raised in Costa Rica, we have the honor of having his unique perspective on our team. We value not only his differing perspective…. but also his translating abilities- in addition to speaking English, he also speaks Spanish which has been surprisingly helpful this month. He has an ear for languages in general- he picks up words in every country and the locals always have a blast teaching him.
If you picture the archetype of an “on-fire man of God,” you get Nano. His passion for the Lord is only matched by his love for God’s children. Nano is truly a man after God’s own heart.
He’s the dad of the team- he brings maturity and a healthy dose of sobriety to many situations… but, also a lot of silliness and fun to other situations.
Nano always pushes for us to reach our highest potential- personally, and as a team. He is passionate about evangelism and discipleship, and his passion is contagious. He loves naturally- it’s just who he is.
It’s an honor to call him my brother.
