I'm leaving Colorado today.
The past week and a half has been a whirlwind of hiking, hanging out with friends, meeting with supporters and loved ones, packing, and saying goodbyes. Tonight, my brother and I will start driving to Waco, Texas where he is a sophomore at Baylor University. Sunday I fly back to Georgia, where I will spend some much needed down time before our launch begins on September 3rd.
I have been blessed above and beyond what I ever expected by my friends, family, and loved ones and for that I am extremely thankful. The number of times God has provided for me through friends and family has humbled and amazed me. I could never have done this on my own, but YOU have helped God to bring it into being. THANK YOU!
I need your help again. I am still in need of financial support as I leave on this new journey and any amount donated is a huge help. I need to raise approximately $1000 to cover medicine and medical costs, contact lenses, toiletries, and other miscellaneous expenses while I'm gone and $3000 more for my time on the field with W Squad.
I have started a campaign through Fundrazr to help me raise the additional funds I need before I leave for 5 months to the nations of Guatemala, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Thailand, and Cambodia.
