It’s true. I’ve met someone. I’ve known that this person would be coming for a while now, and I’m so excited that this day has finally arrived.
I’ve met my co-leader for the World Race. And she is awesome.
My co-leader is Amanda Brucki from Z Squad. Funnily enough, we were at the same training camp two years ago in Tennessee where we met on the Four Square court. She dominated. It seems that the Lord was working to bring us together even back then.
Here are some fun facts about Amanda:
She is 26.
She hails from Michigan, but calls Denver home.
Her favorite color is red-orange and cerulean.
She has killer calf muscles.
She has three tattoos. Or Thirteen. Depending on how you count.
She doesn’t like coffee (this will be our first fight).
She can pinch people with her toes.
We will be leading (drumroll, please!)…
