1-Thailand is the land of smiles.
2-Thai people know more English than they let you know.
3-Bring a calculator on the bus, because they will pretend to not know English there too.
4-There are four 7-11s on the same street.
5-Thai tea and Thai iced coffee.
6-The food here is more amazing than this number can encompass… two words: Pad-Thai.
7-Shoes are not allowed …inside… ever
8-“Don’t hang out when it’s dark, the skeets might tote ya off…” Translation: It would be better if you were not around after night fall, because the abundant number of mosquitoes could quite possibly carry you away… far away.
9-Every Thai student can draw really well and/or has some sort of musical talent.
10-I’m pretty sure I have probably had a smoothie with every meal since Malaysia… (coconut) 😉
Team changes are possibly happening soon with new squad leaders being risen up. Please pray that the right people are switched and that the Lord is heard! 15 hour bus to Cambodia, here I come!
