Dear Friends and Family,
This is a very EXCITING letter to write. A few years ago I would have never been embarking on an 11 month missions trip but here I am half way through it. Over the last 160 days I have had the opportunity to serve God in unique ways:
160 days of walking by faith
160 days of choosing joy
160 days of dirt
160 days of community life
160 days of serving
160 days of feedback
160 days of ministry
160 days of being Jesus in the skin
160 days of sharing the gospel
160 days of walking in deeper intimacy
160 days of learning
160 days of growth
160 days of locking eyes with Abba
160 days on a journey
160 days of running with perseverance
160 days of saying yes
I never thought it would be me hanging out with a bunch of kids in Africa sharing the gospel, but it is, and it’s been AMAZING! Following God anywhere He goes is always the best choice no questions asked. Although bringing the word day after day can be exhausting and seeing 20 children run up to you is frightening, it has been exactly where God has me placed, it’s good.
I cannot wait for another 160 days of serving God! Please pray for me and my team as we seek God and do everything with excellence and all our might (Ecclesiastes 9:10). I am still needing to fundraise 4,500 USD so please prayerfully consider if you can be apart of that, anything helps! My next deadline is July 1st.
I am truly blessed to have the greatest friends and family, we serve a STONG God. I have no doubt that He will continue to walk alongside me in these next 160 days and that He will provide everything. Thanks for your prayers and continued support.
