Thailand: miles and miles of gorgeous coastline and at the same moment, one of the biggest sex trafficking countries in the world. It’s a heavy place, you can feel it in the atmosphere, and I’m not talking about the stifling humidity. Most times when a Thai person sees a white man, they probably think we are just there to get drunk and to sleep with their women, no matter their nationality. It’s a sad truth here and infuriating at the same time.

So be in prayer this month that my team and I will be able to show them something different; that they are valued as people, not objects of pleasure. Pray for ministries to come out of the woodwork and that we can experience life with them and encourage them.

In different news, next month I will be in Laos. If you don’t know anything about Laos, here is a random fact! There is not religious freedom in Laos, Christianity is not allowed to be spoken of out loud. So to protect our contacts and hosts, we will be putting passwords on our blogs and making social media accounts for friends only. My password being captainslog.

Please be in prayer that truth will be spoken and that lives will be changed next month, regardless if it is illegal or not. Also pray for safety for our squad and our contacts, that the angels of the Lord will surround us and the Spirit will guide us.

If you have any questions or just want to chat, shoot me an email.

Much love to my brothers and sisters.

Axios,
Kyle
