So my team, team cheetahs which consist of (Chad, Tom and Casey, Sarah, and Heather) are officially in Kiev, Ukraine. We flew from NYC to Paris then to Kiev, the flight went well, got a chance to play FIFA in the paris airport. Kiev is beautiful, a river runs right through the city, and the architecture really is beautiful. The city reminds me of San Francisco with a mix of older and newer buildings and many pastel colors. However, we will be traveling on a 12 hour train ride tomorrow to Simferopol, Ukraine where we will be doing a mixture of Sports/Medical missions. I am very excited about the work we will be doing. God has given me a spirit of peace and I know there will be tough times, but I am much less nervous now than I thought I would be.
