My name is Kya, but I prefer KD. I am 22 years old and I graduated from college in December 2015. I am the youngest of 3. I have an older brother and an older sister. My Myers Briggs score is XTSJ. I don’t believe I am an extrovert at all, so I settled for the X. I have lived in Virginia most of my life, but I also lived in Georgia and South Korea for a period of time.
I went on my first mission trip in June of 2016 and a couple months after returning, I applied for the World Race. I just had a desire to do it, since I first heard about it, so I thought to myself if I get accepted, then I get accepted, but I have to apply to see. So I did! I applied for the January 2017 route and I got accepted to go in with the August 2017 squad.
I could talk about the Lord and the bible all day. I guess that is what makes me an extrovert. When I was younger, I had a kid’s KJV bible and I would tell myself I had to read it. But I never did! Now, I can’t stop reading it. I’m starting to get into reading books more, so please feel free to leave suggestions in the comments section.
