The past two weeks have been full of transition. I have had the privilage of being in 5 countries in 5 days. That was an interesting experience. It was also a challenging one. Carrying packs and walking across boarders to get from Nicaragua to Costa Rica and then waiting carrying my pack in a hour long custom line. Getting a new team.  Sleeping in the JFK airport on the ground with 10 squadmates. Taking two friends on a tour of Warsaw and enjoying my favorite candy that I haven't had in 10 years. Also eating my favorite dishes while sitting in the sqaure of Old Warsaw. Finally arriving in Romania for our new ministry.

Traveling around the world was tiring to say the least. Jet lag is in full effect but the excitement of a new continent and new ministry outweigh being tired for sure. We are working with a church and get to run ministry with gypsy kids so I am pretty excited. Part of our ministry involves dressing up as clowns which SCARE me but I know that God will teach me much through that. We also get to do puppet shows so that will be fun. I look forward to seeing what God has in store for me and my team.

One of the biggest changes is I have a new team. My team's name is Ohana Lokahi which is family united in Hawaiian. I am excited to once again be part of an all girls team and the hope is that we will remain together for the remainder of the World Race. I am excited to spend the next several months with Meagan, Mary, Miranda, Christina and Kylee. It was sad to say bye to part of my old team but I am blessed to have kept half of them with me. God is going to do some amazing things!

We are living in Pitesti, Romania and today we went to a memorial that most Romanians don't even know about. Pitesti was the home of a communist reeducation camp. Christians were brought in to Pitesti and tortured to believe in communism and denounce Christianity. The sad fact is this was only stopped in 1989. In my lifetime. It boggles my mind. The prison was located under an office building and most people that worked in the building had no clue of the prision or the torture that happened. Most people here don't even know about it and don't care. Most people here are also unwilling to become Christians because of the past. As we spread the love of the Father in this city be praying for us and for the hearts of those we interact with. There is alot against Christians here but I can see the redemption and freedom that we are called to bring and I am excited for the challenge. It's gonna be a great month!!

I still need $4,500 to stay on the race. Please consider helping me out with any amount possible. Also please feel free to share my info with family, friends, and church members to help me reach my goal in order to continue to serve the Lord. Thank you
