As many of you know, I’m on an 11 month, 11 country missions trip. I’ll be spending Christmas in Thailand. Many people have asked, “Hey Kristin, what do you want for Christmas?”, and it made me think about it. What do I want for Christmas?

Usually I would say electronics or jewelry or something.

This year?

Malaria meds. And contacts. And antibiotics… And maybe an ice cream cone.

These are the things I need when living in the field. These are things I have to buy out of my own pocket on a regular basis, something that’s hard since I’m without an income. These are what I would love to see under the Christmas tree.

Now I know that people can’t really send me medicine or contacts abroad. It would be fun but quite a feat to make happen. So the question is, if you can’t send me things directly, how can you help?

The answer is simple.

Would you be willing to give me the gift of funding an item or items for Christmas?

If you want to gift something, I’ve been bold and made a wish list.

Money for these can be sent to my parents or gifted to me through gofundme (details below). It’s not tax-deductible like blog donations, but it will go directly to me. It would mean the world if I can have something ‘under the Christmas tree’ this Christmas.

I promise to send gift givers any pictures of any gifts I get!
