1. You go six days without showering because the water is off and you need to conserve the water in the tank for drinking/cooking.
 
2. You get to watch the sunrise and set over the mountains everyday! Just basking in Gods glory!
 
 
3. Your buddy for the month is a 16 year old who reminds you SO MUCH of your little sister. And The Lord uses her to teach you many many things.
 
4. You take all of your buddies into town for the day to go to a movie and pizza (many of them it was their first time down).
 
 
5. You frequently lose electricity hoping it comes back on quickly. (Including doing your team lip-sync battle using headlamps as the lights…).
 
6. You get woken up at 2:34 am on a Saturday evening so that The Lord can use you in battling the spirit of fear over the squad. 
 
7. You get to love on babies from 10 months to two years old many many mornings. You even have a routine with one of the babies that goes hang out, read, go for a walk, nap, snack, and then lunch.  
 
 
 
 
 
8. You drive 45 minutes up, down, and around the mountains just to get to the main road.
 
9. You get to live in community with 33 of your U Squad sisters. Living and learning how to walk out more in our Godly womanhood.
 
10. You have the chance to go on a home visit to a neighboring mountain to bless a family with some food/supplies and pray over them.
 
 
11. You get to see giraffes, lions, rhinos, elephants, wildebeest, wart hogs, a crocodile, and hippos during a REAL African Safari!
