So I know it has been a LONG time since I blogged last.. I don't really even have an excuse for not doing it.. (other than I am avoiding it because I feel like I have to have something to say to blog and I need to be moved to have something to say…) But with that said here I am typing away tonight… 🙂
I just wanted to tell you about Blessings that come in various ways… The Lord totally surprised me this last week… I thought I was just going on vacation to Disney World to meet up with some old adoption friends from when we got Caleb… BUT NO NO…. It was a divine appointment.
Have you ever just felt connected to people when you first meet them??? Well, that is what I felt meeting these families again (I met them the first time when we adopted Caleb when I was 15).. The more conversations we shared the more I realized that these people have the same heart, vision, and passion as I do.
I was super encouraged and supported and challenged to fully walk into what I feel the Lord is calling me too. It was so surprising to me (even though it probably shouldn't have been) that these people were so quick to back my vision and want to come behind me in support.
I left the vacation with my cup overflowing and a confident heart again in what the Lord has called me to.
