Here is a little excerpt from our Team Blog:

With packed bags and all of us piled in a van…we left town. Monday – Wednesday, on the road. A short time, but jam packed with results.

Why? To scout out the lands of Guatemala: Quetzaltenango, Panajechel, Quiche, and little villages along the way. To meet potential partners, contacts.

The team overlooking Quetzaltenango (Jonathan, Ann, KK, Kristen, Manuel, Nathan, Jenny, Julie, and Noe)

The Purpose? To see in the Spirit what God is doing in the places. And what the Father would have us do, or not do, in these lands and with these people.

The Result? Amazing insight. We see children that need whole families, restored to their Mothers and Fathers. We see women that can be protected, healed, and raised up into their value. We see the need for evil strongholds to be broken through. We see many young people to be discipled. Certain cities are more ripe than others. But all are in need.

How? We prayed in the van as we drove through the country. We split up in 2’s or 3’s, and walked the streets. Perceived what was going on. Came back together, and talked and prayed through what we experienced. Trekked up to the cross, and prayed over the city, for God to bless the work that will be done.

Haiti, a girl we met during our prayer walk!

We are small in number, but with a great vision.

A desire for many Guatemalan’s to be reached, even as we love and disciple one by one.
