Car packed. Sunglasses on. Headed south.


When it hits me… there are so many unknows:
What am I about to do?
Who am I going to be friends with?
What does ministry look like?
What does God have in store for me?
I’M NOT IN CONTROL

Thankfully I can still hear the Lord admist the chaos:

“For
I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and
not to harm you plans to give you a hope and a future: – Jer 29:11

He tells me:

“You are about to embark on a JOURNEY! 

This journey is about LOVE, the Father’s LOVE!

It will teach you to TRUST, trust is God and those around you!

Your dependence on the Lord will grow.

You will continue to find your identity in Him.

This journey will not be easy, but it will be rewarding!

I have security in
Christ:

He gives me his word to lean on.

He promises that this journey will be good and I will not
walk it alone.

He lets me know some things I will learn.

He is honest with me.

And there you have it:

I’m living in GA not knowing whats going to happen tomorrow, but knowing I made the right decision.

I’m learning new things, failing along the way.

I’m being mentored and discipled.

I’m laying my control aside and letting the Lord lead.
