After 5 days of debrief with the team, Team Rapha and Team
Considered Lost hopped on the bus and headed west to Oradea, Romania. Six hours
later, we arrived at a beautiful guest on the Caminul Felix grounds. When we
walked through the doors, our mouths dropped at the luxurious accommodations!
We are blessed with electricity and internet 24/7, hot water, a house that you
don’t have to wear your shoes all the time, no bugs, a full kitchen, and a
washing machine!
Ministry this month has many options. Each morning we will
be working with Dan doing all kinds of construction (you name it, we will
probably do it). So far, we have used shovels and pick axes to dig a ditch,
picked up trash around four different houses, cleaned and organized a tool
shed, and moved supplies from one house to the next. In the evening we will be
visiting different houses in the orphanage (each home has 12-16 kids). We are
also hoping to do some gypsy ministry!
Team time never ceases to amaze me! We started the first
night with a party in the kitchen- all ten of us helping cook and clean while
dancing to some fun music! Team Rapha continues to grow as a family. We miss
those that have gone home, but God has definitely blessed the Fantastic Four
with great community. I’m excited to see how He uses each team to sharpen and
grow one another.
