I just wanted to give everyone an update on our ministry in
India. We are working in Ongole, India for the remainder of month one (Jan
7-Jan 31). There are a variety of opportunities that we have in this city. Our
first week is going to be with Sarah’s Covenant House (SCH). SCH is a home for
all the abandon special needs kid in the state of Andhra Pradesh. There are 83
kids ranging in age from infant to twenty years old. We will be helping
sanitize the home, play with the kids, organize rooms, plant flowers, and just
show love to everyone that comes in and out of the homes. The second week is
with India Christian Ministries (ICM). This week there is nothing set in stone.
We are hoping to go to surrounding villages to do children’s ministry as well
as door to door evangelism. The third week is open for us to use our gifts
around the city. Some people will be taking pictures and making a promotion
video, others will be helping at SCH again, while others will be blessing more
villages.
I’m super excited to see how God uses us this month. I
have already learned that one of the keys to the journey this year is
FLEXIBILITY so the above plans will more than likely change J I
