Hello from beautiful Zomba, Malawi!!  I hope that everyone had a wonderful Christmas and happy New Year!!

Things here are going just wonderful! This month we are partnered with an org called Harvesters International. The org helps plant churches and disciple and teach leaders of the church. We are living with the director of the southern region of Malawi for the org, Pastor Gama. He and his wife Rose have been taking good care of us and we absolutely love them!! Rose is an amazing cook and has been feeding us well too πŸ™‚. This month it is just our team and William together. We have another team from our squad in the northern region of Malawi and the other 2 teams are in the central region. Our ministry this month has been preaching and teaching! πŸ™‚ We have been traveling to churches that Pastor Gama has helped plant and sharing our testimonies and preaching. It has definitely been a growing experience for me as I am not used to speaking in front of so many people all the time. It’s been good though and I’m starting to get used to it πŸ™‚.

The churches here are so ALIVE! I LOVE going to church here….which is good considering the services average about 3 hours long ;). My favorite time during the services is when their choirs sing! I wish you all could hear them!! We love singing and dancing with them in church! I don’t think church has ever been so fun πŸ™‚.

I think that Malawi has topped the charts for me as my favorite country in Africa. I can’t wait to report to you all what else God does here as we continue ministry with Pastor Gama. Ok, well I hope everyone is doing good! Happy 2010!! πŸ™‚
