Hey everyone!! I don’t have a lot of internet time right now …..I SO wish I did so I could tell you more about what God has been working in my heart this past week!! …..just know that this week has been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Our squad has been together – along with the Jan 09 squad and August 09 squads – doing debrief and attending an AIM conference. We have been blessed to be able to attend teachings from some of the head leadership with AIM as well as meet with and learn from many of the World Race alumni that have come. It has been SO wonderful and refreshing!!! And we definitely needed a week like we just had for where we are going next! I am SO EXCITED to share the news with you……
As of about 3 days ago we were informed we will now be going to Turkey (leaving VERY early tomorrow a.m. on a train…will take us about 22 hours or so to get there) for 10 to 11 days. From Turkey we will be heading to Israel. Because of the situations in both countries, I have been told my internet will be very limited. BOTH countries are CLOSED countries…..for you this means you cannot (PLEASE do not 🙂 )….post comments on this blog page. When a comment is posted it goes to my personal email and we absolutely cannot have anything that might connect us with AIM or missions in our email -so this also means, please do not email me. I hope this makes sense :). I wish I could receive your comments….but I can feel your prayers! 🙂 PLEASE KEEP PRAYING for me and the squad as we venture out into this new task! 🙂
After today, I will not be able to post anymore blogs for the month for security reasons. From Israel we are supposed to be heading to Africa and during our travels, I should be able to give you all an update. I just have to wait until we are in another country.
