After 96 hours . . . we have arrived!  We have completed our 5th travel experience and though it was our longest yet, I couldn’t be more excited about the paradise that we have arrived in and the exciting work that my team has ahead of us for these next 3 weeks.  This travel experience consisted of bus rides, plane rides, and various layover periods which extended the trip but also added some fun breaks, chances to relax, and a preview into Mozambique.  I have included an outline below to give you a glimpse into the experience.

We are blessed this month with amazing accommodations and even more amazing contacts.  We are going to be working with Jason & Rachel Helm and they have 2 kids, Tristan (4) and Jocelyne (17 mos.).  They are Americans that have lived in XaiXai, Mozambique for 7 years serving this community and just “doing life” with them.  They have multiple active ministries in this community and I look forward to learning from them and working alongside them while we are here and sharing about it with all of you.

***Please note that I will have much more limited internet access & data availability than in the past few months so please excuse delays in posting blogs, uploading pictures to Facebook, and responding to e-mails.  As always, your prayers and messages of encouragement are greatly appreciated!
