This month I was reading through the passage where Christ
sends out his disciples. This is in Matthew 10; focused on verses 9 and 10.
It reminds me a lot about the Race. They encourage us to
take only what is required and supply the minimum, so we trust God for the
rest.
This month I have really seen God provide. People in
Thailand gave us a ton of fruit this month (so much more than we can eat) so
they can see God’s blessing. The know the more they give the more God
bless them.
I want to challenge each of you to try this. Give what you
have to bless someone else. Maybe you have an extra coat, to give, or you can
take someone to the store when they have no money to pay for gas, you can
invite someone over for dinner, or maybe all you have to give is time to listen
to someone’s story.
God will bless you – trust in Him to
provide what you give
