I have so much to be thankful for!

First off, THANK YOU to everyone who came out to my surprise World Race party! Thank you for all of the gifts and the time you spent with me! Also, big thank you to the few people who helped organize and set up everything for the party!

Secondly, God did amazing things this past weekend with my garage/bake sale! I made over $1,700 this past weekend and I am still in total amazement! There is no way I should have made that much, but God provided so much more than I even prayed for! Because of what I made this weekend, I have now reached my December goal of $7,500! Thank you so much to everyone who helped out and donated to my garage/bake sale!

Now.. TRAINING CAMP!

Saturday is the day!

It’s the day I meet my squad

It’s the day I live out of my pack for the first time

It’s the day I sleep in my tent with family all around me

Saturday is the day for many different things, but also this is the day that this journey will begin to feel REAL!!

I have read many blogs and talked to people who have been on the Race before and they all say to let go of expectations. So therefore, I have! I am ready to fully step into any situation and encounter any circumstance that God has for me.

Yes, I am still nervous about some things, but I do not want any worry about training camp to overwhelm me.

Honestly, this picture perfectly describes how I feel about work, school, and fundraising right now.

Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. -Matthew 6:34

I will write another blog after camp about my experience and also to introduce what team I am on!

Thank you for your support and please continue to pray for my journey!
