I am blown away by God’s provision.  I am sitting here in a wool sweater and knee high boots (not to be confused with hooker boots).  If you would have asked me while I was in Swaziland how I was going to stay warm in Romania I would have said, “I don’t know…” (as a short answer) or if I took the time to think about it I would respond- “by layering all my tee shirts, cardigans, leggings and mesh Nike kicks.”
In the back of my mind I would be thinking.  I hope God has a plan, cause I don’t know where I am going and I don’t know what will be available (Side note- it is a misconception that leaders always know where they are going.  Its not true! haha We kind of figure it out on the fly.  (Hope you are laughing mom J)).  This is how I have learned to gain dependence on the Lord (one of my main reasons for coming on the race).  Praise!

The house that we are staying in is 3 doors down from one of the best thrift shops I have ever been too!  2 pairs of boots, a jacket and 2 wool sweaters for $27 USD.  Hello!

Maria and I having fun!  Fully outfitted for the extreme weather conditions!  Thank you Jesus!

Luke 12:27-28 “Consider how the lilies grow.  They do not labor or spin.  Yet I tell you, not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these.  If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today, and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, how much more will he clothe you, O you of little faith!”
