HAITI
So, after a 82 hour journey across the world, we have arrived in Cambodia. We are safe and happy 🙂 Here is a video that tries to reflect our experience from Haiti. Haiti was truly remarkable and I have every intention of going back one day. Living in Canaan for 3 weeks was such a blessing and has taught me even more of what it means to live in community with other believers. No privacy…true vulnerability. It’s amazing, challenging and so beautiful. America is missing out as we continually isolate ourselves….

On our way to the beach, this was blocking our path. Why not?
This is Wesh. I adore him. He speaks great English and we read together all the time.
In the wealthy section of Haiti, this is view…you’d never know what poverty was on the other side of those trees.
Hanging out with an intense Wesh and a sleeping Wendy while reading Voyage of the Dawn Treader.
We huffed and puffed our way up a mountain and found our way to the natural springs. Just another day of struggle on the race 🙂
On our way to a concert…20+ people crammed in one small pick up. Oh the glory of foreign transportation.

Love and miss you all. Get ready for more Cambodian updates.
