When I started praying about this trip in March, my departure date seemed SO far away. When I look at the calendar now I get excited and want to hyperventilate all at the same time. CRAZY!!!!!! I’m outta here in less than three months. I think part of the strangest aspect of this journey is that I’ll soon be internationally bound with 50 people that I do not know. Thanks to a common web page though, we’re all getting connected through emails and blogs.

Sweet Anna and I are both in Birmingham and have had the chance to grab dinner and coffee. I can’t tell you what a comfort it has been to actually SEE someone that will be on this journey with me. She helps to comfort me and reassure me that I haven’t lost my mind…. 🙂
